Maria is a lovely host. It is clear that Maria takes pride in providing her guests with a comfortable stay. The accommodations were right in the heart of Albufeira with restaurants, bars, shops and the beach all just outside the front door. Maria was flexible with check-in and check-out and consistently checked on me and how my stay was going. If you're looking for less of a hotel experience and more of an authentic B&B type experience, Maria's guesthouse is the way to go.

Felt like home, a large apartment with very good facilities, long, sunny, tree framed terrace with views and close to beach and restsurants but quiet. Very helpful and friendly hosts, would stay again.

Very spacious apartment, I would gladly live there )) The location is fantastic, in the middle of the old town, nice historic building, looking out at the local Conservatorium and Archeological museum, you can catch a glance of the ocean from the living room. A working place is available if you want to work remotely. There are 2 bathrooms (convenient!), a washing machine and dishwasher. We didn’t use the garage, but it’s there for those who has a car. It’s quite calm, with little to no disturbance from the neighborhood. The check in was very smooth, clear instructions from the host.

Vila Recife Hotel is located in Albufeira a 5-minute walk from Fisherman’s Beach. It features a terrace, an outdoor swimming pool, and offers air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV.

OMW what a great glamarous experience. This hotel is perfect for couples! The blue and white colour scheme is perfect. Go and look at their Instagram for great pics. I made used of Booking.com and was upgraded two weeks before we left for our trip. The room was very big with a great view of Albufeira. The breakfast venue next to the pool was perfect and the food devine! The Strip as the bars and shops are called are great for shopping and very lively until 4h00 in the morning. Luckily the double glazing helps to keep sound out. I took too many photo's LOL. Walking distance from the beach and because we went in September we could find beds and umbrellas available on the beach. Make sure you have your summer body ready and your spray on tan. We rarely left the hotel......

Casa dos Arcos is a very special manor house. Its a 300 years old palace built in the 18th century, where a noble family used to live.
