Very courteous, accomodating and knowledgeable staff like Ms Joane and Mr Carlos. Giving excellent recommendation to places of visit and well - known eateries. Even helping us with our big luggages.
The owner, Ms Sophie, graciously allowed us to leave a luggage behind before our return from Algarve.
Definitely good value for money.

The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond for us while we stayed for my Fiance' birthday surprising us with a cake and mini champagne and note to the room was such a special gesture. The hotel was spotless clean, breakfast was filled with a variety of choices, the gym was a great range of equipment for a hotel gym and the location was ideal close to metro station and other amenities. Would highly recommend staying here.
