We stayed in Lisboa Pessoa Hotel for 3 nights and we absolutely loved every minute of it. We arrived way ahead of check in time, but the staff was very accommodating with our luggage and they offered us a free welcome drink. We visited quiet a lot of restaurants in Lisbon during our stay, but the one in the hotel far exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip. The restaurant serves an exceptional food, and the staff there is on another level! In fact every single staff member in the hotel we encountered was top level. Yasoja at the reception was a highlight in particular, with his very infectious smile and positivity. Hotel is in great location, close to supermarket, restaurants and public transport. Place was very clean, including the pool and sauna, and we also had massage which was very enjoyable.

Great location! Within walking distance to many tourist sites. I had a room with a view of the historic square. The room was gorgeous and good-sized for a European hotel. Wonderful and very helpful staff (thank you all and in particular for offering to carry my luggage downstairs even without being asked!) A very delicious breakfast with lots of options (tons of fresh fruits and yummy pastries!) served in a large room with a view of the square and with live piano music! The taxi transportation from and to the airport was worth the money (roughly $38) Bruno, a kind and knowledgeable gentleman, explained the history of Lisbon and was helpful! His brother, who took me back to the airport was as kind and as helpful, carrying my bags to the departure terminal and showing me where I had to go! I will go back again and again to this hotel.

The location is perfect, right on the main walking street, so no car traffic noise, just got a bit noisy on the weekend, but the double paneled window cut out most of it. The breakfast rooftop terrace was extraordinary! And the staff were exceptional...

Amazing hotel - breakfast was delicious, room spotless, the staff was super friendly and ready to share tips about the city. Beautiful dining area, where you can help yourself to coffee, tea, water and cake throughout the day. The location is perfect - within walking distance to all the attractions in the city center.

I loved the helpful staff, the location and the exquisite property. Ao Chiado is very close to the streetcar line, and you can catch the very famous and scenic streetcar # 28 for an inexpensive tour over the ols streets to see the sights of the historic section of town.
