Very cozy place and super friendly stuff. Great breakfast – freshly made scrambled eggs, variety of juices, good coffee. Air conditioning is working perfectly, always hot water, nice smell all around the hotel, which is important in Lisbon

This stay was big surprise. The owner is such a sweetheart, so friendly and kind. The rooms are perfect. All the place is spotless! The breakfast is basic but everyone can find something. I do love this place and the stay was absolutely amazing.

It was central, clean, comfortable, good value for money and a cute little spot. We were taken care of well and communication was excellent. The staff were flexible and kind and it had a really nice, homey feeling in the flat. Would love to come again.

The bedroom we stayed in was spacious and had a private balcony with a nice view where you could eat. A coffee machine was provided and a fridge.

Perfect stay, everything was clean and organized, the host was attentive, and the beds were comfortable. I only took some time to realize that the blinds in one of the rooms were locked, as at first I thought it was an electric system (in this case, I recommend carefully opening the window and pulling the blinds down manually)

Had a great stay for a couple of nights! The room had a balcony and air conditioning, which was a nice touch. Bed was really large and we had no trouble sleeping. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even with a late check-in (after 23). Also, a big plus that they let you store luggage for free after checkout. Would definitely recommend!

lovely old building so characterful . We stayed on the 3rd floor which is accessed by an old style elevator. I loved the old furniture and high ceilings . The staff were super friendly and obliging . The location is excellent with the 758 passing the door and the metro and tram line less that 5 minutes down the hill . There is a lovely park near the Agua Museum ( great views from the top ) with a gorgeous kiosk selling fantastic coffee , pastries and fresh orange juice .

The location is good, we had a room for 3 of us, the room was small but clean, the shower and kitchen were also clean and had everything necessary. The owner was very nice to us.

Great location, big apartment. As advertised. Options to turn the living room into a 3rd bedroom as well. Beds and sofas were really comfortable and the decor was on point. Front and back balconies.
