We stayed in Lisboa Pessoa Hotel for 3 nights and we absolutely loved every minute of it. We arrived way ahead of check in time, but the staff was very accommodating with our luggage and they offered us a free welcome drink. We visited quiet a lot of restaurants in Lisbon during our stay, but the one in the hotel far exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our trip. The restaurant serves an exceptional food, and the staff there is on another level! In fact every single staff member in the hotel we encountered was top level. Yasoja at the reception was a highlight in particular, with his very infectious smile and positivity. Hotel is in great location, close to supermarket, restaurants and public transport. Place was very clean, including the pool and sauna, and we also had massage which was very enjoyable.

Excellent hotel located at Praça Luís de Camões, close to bars, restaurants, and all kinds of shops. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is absolutely spectacular—a must! The hotel is new, so all the rooms are in great condition. Surprisingly quiet despite being in such a central location.

Location was just great, plenty things to see by walking and if needed transportation, it's close too. Hotel was clean, quiet and breakfast on rooftop was amazing.
Breakfast was nice to have at the terrace or in your room. They make us takeaway Breakfast that day we leave early to have a day trip. That was great service!

I loved the helpful staff, the location and the exquisite property. Ao Chiado is very close to the streetcar line, and you can catch the very famous and scenic streetcar # 28 for an inexpensive tour over the ols streets to see the sights of the historic section of town.

As a history buff, the best part of this hotel was that there was a museum with Roman ruins right inside! The location was perfect, within walking distance of many of the best restaurants, shops, and museums. We didn't have breakfast included so only had it twice but both times it was delicious and plentiful, with many selections. The staff was great as well, especially Bruno who was so helpful throughout our stay!

The location was great, the staff very friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were as spacious and cleaned every day. We received champagne and sweet goodies in the room which made us feel very special and welcomed!
