My stay at Tings was exceptional. From the moment my sister and I arrived, we were impressed with the warm and welcoming manner of everyone who worked there, with a special mention to Ieva who became more like a friend with each passing day. The room we stayed in was very well thought out with storage and shelves to accommodate all of our belongings. Breakfast was a special treat every day, especially when the weather permitted us to eat in the courtyard. Thanks to all of the staff. I highly recommend Tings for anyone traveling to Lisbon.

The apartment was perfect for a family of 5, very clean, well equipped and lots of character. Perfect location. Right beside Graça with lots of cafes, pastry shops, restaurants. On the tram 28 route to get into city centre, close to the castle and a number of great viewing points of city. Within walking distance of city centre too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Lisbon Lights. .

Great location. Spacious and tidy. Good communication with the host who picked us up from the Airport - thank you! Supermarkets nearby and eateries, bakeries etc. Great little pizza joint just down the road with a happy hour. Tram 28 directly outside. Reminded me of the Harry Potter bus for stranded wizards = weaving it's way around the narrow streets - but this was full of tourists.

The apartment is located in a very lively and beautiful street, the location is great for a trip with friends or family. The best part for us was the terrace, it is ideal to have breakfast or lunch and the bougainville provides a nice shadow. The owner is really nice and approachable, overall a really nice place. Rooms are as shown in the pictures and the kitchen equipment is very complete, we didn't miss any appliances or utensils.

The hotel is beautiful and the room are very nice. I had a small room with a balcony, the room felt very big as the ceiling is very high. The balcony was small but great(I knew the size beforehand from the photos). The area at first seems isolated but walk up the hill to Alfama and discover the beautiful old neighbourhood there, a lovely stroll through Alfama to the center. Miguel (I hope that I am spelling it correctly) was such a wonderful receptionist. He was working the night shifts the days I stayed and he was so nice, friendly and accomodating to any inquiries. All staff I met were nice but I interacted more with Miguel and he was wonderful. I just have to put that in writing! Very pleased with my stay here! Thank you :)

Great stay at this hotel! I had a room with a wonderful view of the bridge. The staff were very friendly and polite. Everything was perfectly clean, with no unpleasant smells as sometimes mentioned in reviews. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed regularly. I was very satisfied and can highly recommend this hotel!
