The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my SIM card and they were so patient and handy. The room is nice and clean, also the pool feels so good! The location is just perfect: very close to the Souq Walid, metro station… and there are many cafes to have breakfast!

Our stay at Ezdan Palace Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel is stunning, beautifully designed, luxurious, and it smells incredible the moment you walk in. Everything during our stay felt perfect. We were kindly upgraded to an amazing suite as we were celebrating our honeymoon, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was immaculate throughout our stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping team who made sure it was spotless every single day. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of high-quality options, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were visiting for the Grand Prix, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. I would recommend this hotel a hundred times over, not only for its cleanliness and luxury, but because the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and very well cared for. A heartfelt shoutout to Maroua from the team, who was incredibly sweet and extended our checkout time free of charge so we could enjoy our last day comfortably. Her kindness truly made a difference. Highly recommended!

Mandarin Oriental, Doha 21-24/11/2024 I and my wife stayed in Premier Room King. Amazingly luxurious, and spacious with a practical design and easy use of all accessories. Clean rooms and amazing Bathrooms. Excellent Location. The staff was exceptional, in particular, Mr. MILAN (at the reception), who was taking care of us during Check-in. He was professional, attentive, very helpful, and made us feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel to all of my knowings. I will rebook at this hotel again.
