Alwadi Hotel exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect, right by Msheireb and close to Souq Waqif. The hotel is spotless, with luxurious L’Occitane products. Special thanks to Iskandar at reception—his professionalism and warm welcome made our stay even better. The staff assisting with luggage were also fantastic. We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a sea view room. There are a lot facilities in the hotel. It has a small private beach, swimming pool area, watersport area and much more. The staff was very friendly and was always willing to go the extra mile. Our 2 year old son was sick and they gave him special attention like getting him fruits at breakfast, which weren''t part of the buffet. Especially Ei Phyu was wonderful and very attentive during the breakfasts. On the last day, they even gave us cake, which was a real nice gesture. We really felt welcome and would definitely book again.
