Every employee is very polite and enthusiastic. There was a gentleman I don't know his name who parked our car, carried our luggage and took care of our breakfast. All in all a very pleasant stay. I will recommend to friends. The food is amazing, the bed is very comfortable and the hotel is new. Very close to the attractions, the river view is beautiful. really good
