Had a fantastic stay at Mama Shelter! The hotel has such a cool and vibrant atmosphere, and everything was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place was fun and welcoming. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Quality of the service was exceptional - from hotel reception desk to the restaurant. Everybody was doing a great job! Reception desk staff was amazing - fulfilling every request in quickest possible time (meaning: immediately!). The hotel is very clean. I suggest booking the rooms with balconies (7th floor only). #701 and #705 are also the corner ones.
