It was spotlessly clean! Easy to get to and close to 3 metros (Clarke Quay metro, Raffles metro and Chinatown metro)! The staff were extremely helpful and amicable. A special word of thanks to Faz….and to Dash ☘️! Dash showed me the way to Raffles Metro and even guided me onto the correct Train for the Chengi Airport. I arrived a few hours before check-in and the staff stored my bags allowing me to tour the city! The following day I checked out at 11am and the staff again stored my bags until my evening flight. They even allowed me to shower before my flight. This attention to guests is wonderful and I would recommend KINN Capsule to everyone staying overnight in Singapore! I will return thanks to this great service for guests. Thank you Faz and Dash….☘️
