Beautiful spacious room with really comfortable beds. Staff were so friendly and it was a very luxurious place to stay. Great pools and kids can also use the big splash pad area once per day.

I recently stayed at Conrad Singapore Orchard and had an outstanding experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Its prime location on Orchard Road offers easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring my stay was comfortable. A highlight was the delightful breakfast, featuring a great variety of exceptional dishes.

The staff was so kind and helpful. I got sick during my stay and they carried me to the taxi with a wheelchair, sent me complimentary camomile tea after my retiurn from the hospital. The rooms are spacious and the location perfect. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The staff were super, both at check in and check out. I was only here for one night after a very late and delayed flight. They were happy to give me an extended check out. Then when I needed a taxi to the airport the guys at the door helped me in the best way they could and made sure the driver would go exactly where I needed to go. The staff all had great attitude and you could see they really like their jobs which is reflected in their working.
I found in the room everything I wanted and just where I wanted it. There was a good desk, a recliner, a great bed and bathroom. As a bonus there was a dedicated place to open a large suitcase, which I don't find in many hotels these days.
This is a solid four star professional experience in an area where you could be paying a lot more for accommodation.
