I liked everything. I liked the concept a lot. The reason I booked it was because I wanted to stay in place that is not too big and it has access to outside. I want to be able to open the windows and spend time in a garden. This is such a great place; simple, but so convenient. The Somerset MRT is 7 min away. It is walking distance to Orchard road.

The room was very large with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, close to China Town, Lau Sa Pat, and the river. Nice area for walking.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!
