The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I arrived early before check in after a long flight and they offered me if I wanted a shower and to freshen up while I waited for my room to be ready. As soon as my room was ready they let me check in.

Stayed just one night to enjoy the infinity pool. Totally worth it! Great experience. Even got an upgrade when we said we were celebrating our honeymoon, to a totally refurnished and new room which was the highlight of our stay in Singapore. Amazing view to the city/Marina, very lux furniture. The pool, bar and restaurant upstairs was worth the extra money. Really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend it!

So modern and clean! Doesn’t feel like you’re staying in a shared space. The sleeping area was extremely quiet in our case as everyone is super respectful. There are multiple lockers (we had like 3) for luggage storage and locked areas in the beds for passport etc, and amenities and facilities such as free bar and washing machines.

Nestled within 15 acres of tropical gardens, Shangri-La Singapore offers a hideaway just 7-minutes from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road.
