pleasantly surprised, the hotel is of a high standard, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. before going to bed they left a postcard and a chocolate bar on my bed - so simple, but so nice. my sincere recommendation.

We liked the location, the breakfast and the snack at tea time. The room was clean and in excellent condition. Our children enjoyed the pool a lot. We had dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and we found the food excellent. The boat shuttle that brings hotel guests to the next public boat pier was also very convenient. The service in the hotel was first class. All staff were very friendly and helpful, but we’d like to single out Wichai M., who went out of his way to explain to us where to go and what to see and helped us tremendously to find my phone, which I forgot in a taxi. He managed to trace the taxi driver and have him bring my phone back. Thank you, Wichai!

Amazing building with a very nice view. The boat transport service was incredibly useful and well organized. The breakfast was mind blowing, picky eaters won't have trouble finding something they like. All the staff was nice and professional!
