- Beautiful hotel with vintage decoration, excellent amenities, variety of breakfast choices. Room is big, clean and cozy.
- Staff at the reception, the restaurant and cleaning services is supportive and caring.
- The hotel is close to a Mrt station and some good restaurants. Try the food downstairs at the hotel restaurant, it's really good.
- This hotel is of only 5 floors, it might be a plus when you are looking for a safe place to stay.

From the moment my niece and I stepped out of the taxi after a rather enduring journey from Pattaya we were treated like VIPs. This special treatment then continued for the full duration of our stay. It was an absolute delight throughout.
We can't thank the staff enough - they are the most lovely people imaginable - and truly made our holiday extra special. Massive shout to Sen and DoDo would looked after us every morning for breakfast, always with a smile and great humour, and Pinny performing concierge duties with happy enthusiasm.
The hotel itself is magnificent - the most comfortable beds, beautiful rooms, all of the amenities you could possibly need, oh, and a magnificent breakfast buffet - top quality all the way.
Two BTS stations are very close to the hotel .. as is Arabica coffee on the 55th floor of the Empire Building, be sure to check it out.
We can't wait to return - we absolutely wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in BKK now .. W is Welcoming, Wonderful, Wholesome hotel perfection. Thank you .. WOW :))

The location is perfect. Being so close to Terminal 21 and the train services. My room was amazing, so much space. The breakfasts were wonderful but it was the staff that made my stay so enjoyable. They were all fantastic!

Dear all, if you are the first time in Bangkok - this hotels is for many reasons the best decision. But also for people with higher demands. Service, Staff, food/breakfast... very, very OK and all staff members very friendly. Siam Kempinski offers also a huge water and pool area.
The best: You are direct connected to the best high Class shopping mall (Siam Paragon), with an amazing food, bar and shopping offer - great. Also Taxi costs, if you want to go somewhere will be arranged for you, the staff is explaining you the rules...and to the Taxidriver - 100% safety.
