We had an absolutely amazing stay and Grande Centre. Everything was of highest quality (the rooms, the service, breakfast, cleanliness, etc.) the hotel has a game room, rooftop pool, sauna, a great rooftop restaurant. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, the beds were one of the comfiest we had slept on in Thailand :) the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel also organised our transfer to the airport after our stay. If you’re looking for a 5star hotel in Bangkok - we 100% recommend this one - we will for sure be coming back if we visit again :)

The Hotel is superb, the staff are excellent well trained and super friendly special thanks to ( Ms. Mind and Ms. Shin and Mr. Lak ) all from Executive level they went above the expectation. Absolutely loved everything about this place! The staff have been incredibly welcoming and kind. The location is fantastic—situated in an artsy, hidden gem of an area not far from downtown. We stumbled upon it while walking toward the Siam area through a residential neighborhood. At first, it might feel a bit unfamiliar, but you quickly realize you're just walking through authentic local living spaces. The local eateries are amazing—if you want to experience life like a local, this is the perfect spot to stay!

Very good breakfast and with the added bonus of the offer of free tea/coffee and bisquits at any time. Clean, well-kept and quiet with very nice and helpful receptionists and staff. Would happily return. A 10 minute walk and there are plenty shops and restaurants and the Chao Praya River boat stop, a small fort and a park.
