We upgraded to the newly renovated room. 2 Queen beds, with a big bathroom, and spacious room made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. There were 3 of us sharing the room. The bathroom was a walk in shower which was perfect for my mum who is already in her 70s. 2 separate sinks as well.
The beds were comfortable. It was right across the Platinum mall, walking distance to Central World. Helpful staff.

Superb! It exceeded our expectation! The room was spacious clean, the most comfortable bed I've slept on. The breakfast is amazing with so much variety
The satff was amazing, but the restaurant team and the pool guy with his positive energy made our stay even more great! Especially Aiw ( don't know if i'm spelling it right sorry) I have lactose and gluten intolerance and couln't eat much of the breakfast ( bread, cakes os pancakes) and Aiw made sure I would have all of that for breakfast, so I wouldn't miss out the whole experience, in the end it's like she could read my mind and bring me what I wanted without even ask, that's how amazing she was, the attention to detail was spot on. she deserves a rase the way she went beyond to make our stay so amazing was amazing to see her work with such a professionalism like it was easy. The warm jacuzzi, the 9th floot pool with the view the saunas! I recommend this place 100%
