Very central and convenient. Large room with a magnificent view of the city. Great amenities and a swimming pool. Right next to the Terminal 21 shopping mall with abundant choice of dining and shopping options makes this hotel best for my family. Highly recommended and will book again.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff! We booked the club room which came with club benefits and they were absolutely worth the money. Free resfreshments day time and after 6 pm free alcohol drinks. Pool area was nice and clean, many places in the shade also. Nice surprise was after hour at the pool. Food at the poolside was also very nice, we ordered a pizza. Club room was on the highest floor with beautiful scenery, everything in the room was spotless.

Beautiful luxury hotel - some of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in! Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved that there was in-unit washer/dryer and staff will deliver detergent to your room upon request. Luxurious bathroom with one of those electric toilets and a beautiful massive rain shower and tub. Loved that dark woods accents throughout the unit as well as the artwork. Check-in was seamless with the front desk ladies -- I forget their names but we deal with two different ladies and they were both awesome. The pool area is great - love that part of the pool is outdoors in the sun and part of it is shaded. Also great that they had lots of fun games people could play in the pool deck area. Also I have to shout out the Weaver restaurant -- we went here on our last night before heading to the airport and I sort of assumed it would be a typical hotel restaurant with food that wasn't special. Wow, was I wrong. This was one of the best meals of our trip. 5 star luxury customer service by Beer (I think she was the manager or Maitre D) and her serving staff. They treated us like royalty, made fabulous menu recommendations, and were so friendly and pleasant to make conversation with. If that isn't enough, the food was incredible. We ordered Thai teas, samosas, butternut squash soup, and spicy Pad Krapow. The Thai teas were the best we've had in Thailand - they even came with whipped foam on top. We are big Indian food fans and these samosas were some of the best samosas we've ever had - and the mint chutney and tamarind sauces were extremely tasty and done well. The Pad Krapow was the best Pad Krapow my fiance has had in the entire 3 week trip to Thailand. AND Beer made sure it was very spicy, upon his request. I wish we had more opportunities to dine at this restaurant because there are so many other items we would have loved to try. Honestly everything felt 5 stars to us. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend SilQ.

Superb! It exceeded our expectation! The room was spacious clean, the most comfortable bed I've slept on. The breakfast is amazing with so much variety The satff was amazing, but the restaurant team and the pool guy with his positive energy made our stay even more great! Especially Aiw ( don't know if i'm spelling it right sorry) I have lactose and gluten intolerance and couln't eat much of the breakfast ( bread, cakes os pancakes) and Aiw made sure I would have all of that for breakfast, so I wouldn't miss out the whole experience, in the end it's like she could read my mind and bring me what I wanted without even ask, that's how amazing she was, the attention to detail was spot on. she deserves a rase the way she went beyond to make our stay so amazing was amazing to see her work with such a professionalism like it was easy. The warm jacuzzi, the 9th floot pool with the view the saunas! I recommend this place 100%

As a hotel manager, I can accurately judge the quality of an establishment, and it's rare to find one of such high quality, given the relatively high level of competition in Thailand. And yet! The Gardina achieved this feat in every respect. From the arrival and assistance of the luggage handlers, through check-in by the charming receptionists, to the cleaning of the room, there's nothing to criticize about this hotel, which is much appreciated by the Thai population. The hotel is located just a few minutes from the main Asoke intersection, in a quiet side street. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and equipped with the latest technology to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Our attentive staff will greet you whenever you pass by. Don't forget to say hello back. The hotel's cleanliness is beyond reproach, and it will come as no surprise to find them hard at work at all hours. Well done to the manager for selecting the best staff and managing her team with talent. I plan to return when I move to Thailand and will take a month at this hotel to find my permanent accommodation there. If you're not sure about booking, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

The Ascott Thonglor Bangkok is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels across the world, including 5 star hotels at thrice the rate. My room number was 1313 but it was the luckiest stay! It deserves a detailed review... 1. Booking: Was very easy through booking.com. I got a genius discount as well as a free room upgrade to an Executive Studio! 2. Check in: was a breeze. Very helpful staff. The whole hotel is a smoke free zone, which was music to my ears! 3. Room: The Executive Studio was just perfect in every way. Everything in the room was as if made to enhance my stay. It was fully equipped with anything I may need - safe, hair dryer, iron and stand, gown, slippers... It was completely sound proof and I was never disturbed by any noise from the corridor or adjacent rooms. The kitchenette was amazing, though I didnt use it much. A stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. Overall, it was like a small apartment. The bed, pillows, comforter, bed linen, towels were of excellent quality, and very comfortable - it was a pleasure to get into bed! Internet was great and free. Air conditioning settings could be changed as desired. The lighting was very unique, with low rope lights under the bedside tables and bathroom sink so you could go to the bathroom at night without turning all on the lights. Truly, it had all the things one would want from a hotel, including things one didnt even know about! 4. Bathroom: Just fabulous! It seemed like it was newly made and I was the first person to use it. The toileteries provided were of very good quality, and replaced as I used them. 5. Services: Overall the staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned perfectly to a T every day. It seemed as if the person(s) who cleaned it knew my needs and preferences.
