The location couldn’t have been better. The staff are wonderful and definitely see to it that you are well taken care of. The pools and facilities are clean and beautiful. A truly magical hotel experience. The restaurant and room service food was delicious.

We have travelled in Thailand for 2 weeks in total, going from the South to the North and then back to the South (hence a lot of travel time) and therefore we decided to end our holidays with a relaxing 4 day-stay in Koh Samui. Even though our stay was quite short, it was long enough for us to feel very sad when leaving this beautiful place behind! First of all, the hotel is perfectly situated at Chaweng beach with a shopping center and plenty of night bars and other activities in the direct surroundings. We were a bit afraid that there might be too much noise but the hotel itself is very quiet and more like a boutique hotel, with no more than +/- 30 rooms, and you’re definitely not bothered by the night clubs in the neighbourhood. Whether you want to party all night long or prefer to chill and enjoy the rest, here you have the best of both worlds! The rooms were very spacious and designed in a very cozy Thai style, and the pathway to the bar, restaurant and beautiful beach felt like wandering through the streets of a cozy small village. The food was very lovely as well: we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast buffet each morning with a good mix of Thai and Mediterranean specialities, and eggs the way you like them. We had dinner 2 times in the hotel, and don’t regret that we didn’t go for street food instead. Nothing can beat a cozy dinner date on the beach, with excellent service by the team, just the right background music and delicious dishes. What we appreciated the most during our stay, however, was the kindness, hospitality and positivity of the people working there. They do so much more than just giving their guests a memorable stay! Saying goodbye to this amazing team was very hard. I don’t remember when I last shed a tear when leaving a hotel, but here it got the best of me!

Breakfast was excellence, stuff was more then proactively doing everything to make me feel comfortable. Absolutely nothing to complain here, thanks to the awareness of the highly motivated stuff. Only thing I would not book again is the room with the small pool because it was way nicer to go directly to the ocean or to the main pool. But that’s nothing related to the hotel itself. Would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay from the first second on. The check in was really professional and fast. When we arrived the room was very clean and well prepared for us. I loved the design of the room. The breakfast was really good, I am a total breakfast person so during all our stay I tried so many delicious options. We also tried the restaurant for lunch and dinner and really liked it. The beach area was amazing, always clean and they have very comfy sun beds. And the final and absolutely best part of the stay was the stuff of the hotel. The stuff was so kind, respectful and helpful, they always called us by our names and took care of us so well. especially I will never forget Miss Tik, she is just such a good and positive person that totally loves her job, I really hope to meet her again in my life. we were really sad when our time was over. they are renovating some of the rooms right now, we didn’t hear any noise to be honest, all of that was handled really professional and it’s nice to see that after the Covid crises the hotel finally can continue with its work. My boyfriend and me definitely don’t understand the criticism of some other guests ( I mean everyone is different sure) but they are really doing everything to improve and we should not forget that the past 3 years were quite hard for the hotel industry. we really can’t wait to come back! thank you for everything.

Stuff was 100% supportive in everything. Location the best - a great beach. Everything is close and convenient. Very enjoyable architecture. A lot of privacy. Nice music from the morning. Very good massage facilities. Big fridge is practical. Gym is nice.

Amazing location, right on the beach, next to to all the restaurants and shops but still quiet. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Having lunch everyday whilst looking over the beach and people watching was simply divine. The beach and sea is stunning with no boats to disrupt the quality of the water which is the perfect temperature. Massage right on the beach, with locals cooking sweet corn. Absolute heaven.
