A cozy, lovely place to stay in. The amenities were great, everything was clean, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, taking care of every detail. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money. The pool area was cute to relax in before a busy day.

Breakfast was nice. There were several options for the food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's easy to get food delivered, if you don't want to go out, since the location is very accessible. The location is also within the range of the pickup for the booked tours. The hotel has a very nice heated pool.

Jimmy and Na were wonderful hosts. Very nice, friendly and caring. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. Jimmy is very helpful with local knowledge and contacts for tours. They made everything easy and we felt very comfortable in their home.

The owner is very sweet, helpful, really good communication by messages as well.
Nice little balcony to chill above the river at the back, good wifi.

The hostess cared for us, from the start of the staying until the end. She waited for us until 10 pm the check us in, and at the checkout made us cookies for the way. Always wanted to help with a big smile!!
The room were extremely big and comfy, with great shower and cute balcony :) very good value for price!!
There is a kitchen downstairs with fresh fruits, water and bread, for a morning snack.
Also there’s a washing machine and a dryer at the kitchen , with all the equipment needed.
I enjoyed every part of the staying in Chang mai especially because of this great room ❤️
