Amazing boutique hotel in the heart of the medina. Dar Dorra is adjacent to Dar El Jeld. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything was clean and modern. Staff was always helpful, it was like a 5 star hotel stay. Thank you :)

Ahmed and his team did everything to make our stay at El Patio Courtyard an amazing experience. Ahmed organised several taxis and a tour guide for us and was extremely helpful. He is fluent in several languages and overall extremely professional. The breakfast staff was lovely and put a lot of effort into preparing fresh meals. The Riad itself is gorgeous. I can highly recommend it.

Dar Hamouda is a charming historical dar in the best and liveliest part of the Medina of Tunis. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom modern. The hosts (Mrs. Amel and her husband) were wonderful and very helpful. We particularly liked the joint breakfast where you could meet and talk to other guests at the dar. This is always a good opportunity to exchange experiences and meet people when travelling.

Our stay at this property was in a word memorable. In fact, the host was a highlight of our vacation in Tunisia. He was exceptionally kind, considerate, and went to great lengths to make our stay at Dar El Rezk absolutely comfortable. As we'd planned to travel to El Jem from Tunis via train which got cancelled (the train got delayed over an hour, and we cancelled it), he drove us to El Jem and back for a minimal price. We'd have given up visiting El Jem of not for him. Later that evening, he and aunty prepared a traditional Tunisian dinner which was delicious. Superb hosts. Very reasonable pricing, and exceptional people. I guess this can be generalized to the people of Tunisia, very kind. About the property, its got all the basic, comfortable facilities, a beautiful courtyard with orange and lemon trees, great place.

Beautiful decor and very kind staff who are willing to assist in every way - from restaurant and sightseeing recommendations to optimising the comfort of your stay. The breakfast table each morning was so tastefully set up and the food was delicious. This is a real gem in Tunis.

The villa is actually a two level building and another one for the roof top (the rooftop is good for absorbing some sun and getting in a view of the tunisian mosques and buildings structure. It is not for a long stay though. The bottom floor had two big bedrooms, each with its own beautifully designed and well maintained toilets and showers. The top floor had yet another one humongous bedroom with one more great bathroom. The ground floor has a suitable kitchen with a mix of maintaining the ambiance of the old architecture yet new utensils and kitchen tools. It is was good enough for our needs and in that floor is another toilet by the door just in case you didn’t have enough! The apartment has a small living room couch and NO TV (which might not appeal to some but for us, it was perfect). There is an amazing hall/yard like where you can sit if the weather allows it and take in all the feelings of buildings from old centuries. The internet and phone coverage is not good in all places but work fine in the living room which was good enough for us to stay connected when needed but if you need your mobile coverage in all places (in bed), you will not have that. Nothing better than super could be said about the owner’s hospitality. She is welcoming, helpful, full of good recommendations, kept the apartment very well supported with towels, soap, toilet paper, everything that might be needed. I highly recommend this place for a group who are willing to feel Tunis. There is no parking “right” in front of the door but one minute walk and there is a street where we were lucky enough to park sometimes but it is not the easiest.

Everything was SUPER! Didn't know it was an apartment hotel! Hospitality is TOP & super close to main attractions 🤍🤍🤍
