bellezza hotel is a new small and cosy hotel near the usuf pasa tram station. its located away from the noisy center arround eminonu or taxim square but still so close to them by tram. the market arround the hotel is nice and cheapper than the center of istanbul. there are nice little restaurants and kebap grills just 2 minutes from the hotel. the staff is very helpfull and kind. especially Semanur and the man at the reception made every thing possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I recomend the hotel to every one who is going to visit istanbul in the future. I know I will go there again

The location was perfect. Close to the metro and the most attractions we had on our list to see. Istanbul is Avery busy and noisy city. Luckily is the grand Iska hotel just around the corner of the busy area so we didn’t experience any noise disturbance. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Hotel is really comfortable.The staff in the reception and in the restaurant was extremely friendly and polite. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We appreciate also the central localisation of the hotel and parking for our car. It was a pleasure to spend our holiday in Espoir Hotel.

We stayed at this hotel and really loved it. I had a wonderful time with my mother. The facilities are excellent, and the service is outstanding. Breakfast was very delicious and amazing. Especially, the staff members like Mert, Sinan, Ishak, and Mustafa were extremely kind and friendly. Highly recommended!
