We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed. The location is also great – very close to Forum shopping center, which was super convenient. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but I’d especially like to highlight the cleaning ladies who were in our room on September 25th. My baby was in the room with my mother-in-law while they were cleaning, and they brought her some balloons, which made her really happy. It was such a small but incredibly kind gesture that truly touched us. These are the little things that make a hotel not just good, but great. Thank you for everything!
