The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful which is a relief in Istanbul! Fatih in particular is of great service, the location is fantastic! Close to great restaurants and the airport and away from the hustle and bustle of the centre - probably the best short stay hotel I’ve stayed in whilst visiting Türkiye. The room was clean and comfortable, we got a room upgrade on the house from Mr. Fatih which was really appreciated. There is a Migros supermarket literally 300m away and Ondo restaurant is great, and very affordable also just 200m away.

Everything was extremely pretty good and great and this is not my first time in this hotel. But they should improve there breakfast. I recommend this hotel for everyone.

I give this hotel a 10 for several reasons: they were very friendly and smiling with us from check-in to check-out; they have a guy who speaks English very well and who helped us with information about places to visit, beaches, etc.; we communicated with the other staff members using Google Translate. One day during our stay was our daughter's birthday, and all the staff helped us prepare a surprise for her at breakfast, bringing her a cake and singing “Happy Birthday.” The hotel is located in an excellent area, from where you can walk in a few minutes to a large market with many terraces, restaurants, shops of all kinds, and a mosque with a fountain in front. The hotel has parking spaces. When you enter the hotel, you are greeted by a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere created by both the music at the reception and the positive energy of the staff. The rooms are equipped with wi-fi, air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, towels, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, telephone to call room service, and everything you need for your comfort. The cleaning ladies were always smiling, as was all the staff. Breakfast is served on the terrace on the second floor starting at 9:30 a.m. We had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank everyone at the Montenegro Hotel.
