I really liked the hotel room, the staff very friendly especially the reception staff very kind and helpful! I appreciated that they offered us a complimentary late check in and a very good discount on the airport transfer, which I paid only 45$!! That was extra nice from them. The manager and receptionist were very helpful and we are thankful for the explanations and recommendations. Its not that you see everywhere this kind of welcoming and caring attention to guests. Hotel was clean and nice, room was spacious and as shown on the pictures. We liked their apple tea and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, would stay again when in Istanbul.
