I did my homework and am thankful for the reviews people leave. My Dream Hotel Istanbul is in an excellent location. It's near to the subway (it is like following an etch a sketch to get to the hotel but once you've walked around a bit you realize, that's Istanbul!); there are wonderful restaurants everywhere and shops of every kind, whichever way you walk.
The staff are lovely. They are friendly and can't do enough for you. We asked for extra pillows and they were at the door in 2 minutes. Every time we go out they speak to us, ask us if things are ok. The breakfast room on the 7th floor is wonderful. The breakfast itself is fantastic!! Even the housekeeping lady is so friendly and does up the room beautifully.
We were both surprised at how comfortable the bed was. At home we have a foam on top of half the mattress bc one of us needs softer and the other firmer.
I sound like I'm an advertiser - haha. I'm not. We are just really happy that we chose to stay here and would definitely stay here again.

The location was very convenient and accessible to old city attractions. They offered spacious room, nice breakfast and a free access to their Sauna / Turkish bath (self service). The hygiene condition was good. Front desk staff were polite and helpful. Will stay again if we come back to Istanbul!

Very beautiful hotel, clean. All the tourist attractions are from a 10-15min walk away. Staff are very nice and polite. Breakfast was very good, view from restaurant is beautiful. Rooms are nice, spacious, clean. If you get lucky, you can get a room with a window view to the beautiful mosque.

Fantastic location just around the corner from streets full of restaurants and shops and a short walk to the gallatea bridge. A very unexpected bonus of having a roof top terrace where u can have a drink or your breakfast with a stunning view of the Bosporus and all its coming and goings. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome and looked after. A lovely touch was a box of Turkish delight as a parting gift.
