Reception staff from the start of check-in was very nice ,cooperative, and during our stay the provide us by all information that asked , every thing we need in our room they provided immediately, Many thanks to all the Reception staff Mr turgan, feyyaad and special thanks to Mr Getin in the reception that did everything for us, Location is very close to metro just one minute, and 5 minutes to tramway, Restaurant staff in the breakfast was nice and the breakfast was nice but same every day but has many varieties, spa staff was very very nice and massage was excellent with extra charge , sauna and hammam was nice . All the staff working in the hotel were kind and smilly I will come back again inshaalah in this hotel

All the hotel staff are very professional, warmful, polite and helpful for everything. Rooms are spacious, very clean everyday. Beds are very comfortable. AC is powerful and perfect. Bath is spacious also. Shower is powerful and hot. No noise from outside. Hotel is also in quiet small street near main street. Delicious breakfast. Hotel has inside and outside terrasse opened 24/24 with free turkish tea. Location is only 2mn walk from T1 station or plenty bus lines station. This is perfect to visit istanbul. On the left street you have many shops and restaurants. CONCLUSION: this Hotel is like good European standard hotel (which is very rare in Istanbul for this low price .. ), I spent a very good week and I recommend for sure this hotel for visiting istanbul.
