The location is amazing being situated very close to Kaohsiung station so was very easy to get there, having travelled from Taipei via HRT and only required on change onto their local MRT. In terms of local attractions, most of them are to the South/West of the hotel so not many are easily walkable from the hotel but the MRT was very useful.
The room was clean and I really enjoyed the breakfast offering a mixture of western and chinese breakfast so there were plenty of options. The staff were personable, conversing easily with them in English and had a little area by the entrance offering free ice cream which I sorely wished we had room to try and utilise.
