Luxury spa/hot spring experience. In room tub/hot spring experience. Extensively stocked complimentary n refillable minibar. Great concierge service,all very attentive n super helpful, helped take pictures patiently when requested :) . Spa / hot spring attendents were checking water temperature extensively. Iced evian water in spa was so refreshing after the hot spring pools. The 2 types of mineral pools plus ice plunge n jacuzzi really awesome.

The stuff was very very nice and caring. They attend to every need before customer knows they need it. We recommend shuttle experience. The hot spring was great!. As we were leaving early, we received breakfast box beforehand and it was really tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Really loved the whole experience at Aloft. The staff were helpful, they even surprised me with a birthday cake, really appreciate the kind gesture. Room was spacious and clean, very well equipped as well. Interior was very new and made it a very enjoyable stay. There is also a convenience store just less than 3 minutes walk away for late night cravings.
