Villa 32 is a very special place. Peaceful setting, attentive staff, beautiful hot springs, exquisite food, the list goes on. I spent a weekend here to 'reset' after a busy time and returned home completely refreshed. A special thanks to Susan and the team at reception who took the time to help me find some edible souvenirs in Beitou on my final day.

Friendly staffs and gave us a tour and introduction at arrival. Love the in-room Onsen. The room was huge and well set up. Has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Drinks and snacks are provided for free. Free shuttle service to and fo train station is a bonus. Breakfast is great and it privides both Taiwanese and Westen options.

the hotel is beautiful with marble counter tops and solid wood furniture. everything was freshly cleaned. The tub in the bathroom was large enough to stretch out in. It is very easy to reach all the tourist spots in Beitou from here.

Fantastic hotel, great for long and short term stays! I was here last year for almost a month, and it was like being at home. Very professional and friendly Personnel. I just always chose this amazing place because it feels like home. You have a hot spring in Your own bathroom and the views are great, everything is super clean. Breakfast is amazing - great selection of traditional Chinese food and nice afternoon tea snacks.

Everything. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Staff super friendly (including the owner who sent us a treat for a small inconvenience caused by another guest). Really good place! Location might be out of the very central area of Taipei, but even this point is good, and you also are one metro distance to anywhere.

Perfect location close the MRT station and all the hotel facilities and staff were fantastic. We were delighted by our room and the private bathtub. The front desk team was very professional and welcoming and a special thanks to Dean who welcomed us for our check-in. Breakfast was very good also.
