Staff were very attentive, guiding us from the entrance to the lobby, then taking us up to our room and showing us the features of the room. All guest rooms include a private bath with onsen water. Our room included a sitting room and a separate room for the futon already laid out. The hotel itself was fairly grand, with mesmerizing interiors. Exploring it was quite a fun mini adventure. You can also enjoy the public bath as well, which was fairly big, but with some sections that were closed. We didn't do the dinner plan, but breakfast is included, which was buffet style and included a lot of options to choose from.

The place was clean and tidy. Very value for money. The hotel has free shuttle to bus stops and to Beitou or Xinbeitou MRT station. I like it that I can soak in the hot spring water in the comfort of my room. The location is actually within distance to Thermal Valley.

The hot spring water flowing directly into the bathrooms is incredible! I had so many wonderful, healing baths. The staff were very kind and hospitable and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff looked after me so brilliantly and made sure I had plenty of vegetarian options to eat. The room was cosy and beautifully clean. I will definitely be back!

Everything. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Staff super friendly (including the owner who sent us a treat for a small inconvenience caused by another guest). Really good place! Location might be out of the very central area of Taipei, but even this point is good, and you also are one metro distance to anywhere.
