This is truly a place you must stay. We celebrated our anniversary and received a wonderful welcome. At the swimming pool, the staff lent us swimming goggles for free. When checking out, I urgently requested a taxi, and they called one right away. When the bellboy was late-for our request was sudden-a female employee carried our suitcases. There were even two very heavy suitcases full of souvenirs, and she carried them without them touching the ground. I saw that even my luggage was treated with care. Thank you so much for all your service. Will definitely visit again!

The best and most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve ever been in, and that includes overpriced majors for conventions. Exceptionally comfortable and pleasant room and facilities in it. Great bed and pillows (I have bad back, so like firm). Great bathroom. Japanese-style toilet with inbuilt bidet, lovely soaking tub. Absolutely quiet. Ability to regulate temperature in room. Central location less than five minute walk to metro. Nice neighbourhood, especially the quiet backstreets. Five-min walk to perfect little sitdown or takeaway Taiwanese breakfast place not on any tourist map. All in all, this hotel is my fave hotel of all I’ve stayed at the world over.

Perfect location, right beside the metro station exit. Staff was super helpful and spoke English well. Clean spaces and well equipped with everything you need. Very secure, have to scan the room key for the elevator
