The best and most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve ever been in, and that includes overpriced majors for conventions. Exceptionally comfortable and pleasant room and facilities in it. Great bed and pillows (I have bad back, so like firm). Great bathroom. Japanese-style toilet with inbuilt bidet, lovely soaking tub. Absolutely quiet. Ability to regulate temperature in room. Central location less than five minute walk to metro. Nice neighbourhood, especially the quiet backstreets. Five-min walk to perfect little sitdown or takeaway Taiwanese breakfast place not on any tourist map. All in all, this hotel is my fave hotel of all I’ve stayed at the world over.

It is close to the station and is also a good location for city access and to nearby hot springs and night markets. At the same time, it is located in a quiet and pleasant place, so it is good for a night walk. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite delicious and served in a variety of dishes.
