Room was cold but they provided a heater. Staff tried very hard to help . Air con works cooling only. Bed was comfortable. Shower and bath worked well. Breakfast was very good

The staff were very nice and helpful! Even with a language barrier, they were always willing to help. Room was exactly what we paid for. We had everything we needed. Theres a 7-eleven right across the road. They also have us small vouchers for a local cafe, which was right next to 7-eleven.

Dont understand the bad reviews. Our stay was exceptional. Super comfy big room with jacuzzi bath. The staff didnt speak any English, otherwise everything was superb. Great value for the money too.

The hotel is very close to Taipei Main Station. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. It is even close to shops like Uniqlo, Net, Cosmed, Watsons, and Mistukoshi. Since we like to walk, we walked from Ximending Night Market back to our hotel twice in a row, at ease! The room we stayed in was big and clean. We really liked the drink freebies daily. The hotel staff let us leave our luggage so we could roam around freely, since our flight was in the evening.
