The hotel is a very nice one. Position wise it is on the Easter border of the town, thus not very close to the main sights. It is near Bannan subway line (and despite the name, it's closer to Kunyang station rather than Nangang station). Bannan line is the direct link to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and Taipei Railway station. Rooms are large and comfortable, and so is the bathroom.

During our stay, one of my wife’s small personal items was accidentally taken away with the bed sheets during housekeeping. Needless to say, the housekeeping staff were always very kind and careful in their work. Since the item was small and white, it was easy to overlook and get mixed up with the linens. So I do not think this was their fault. When we called the front desk, at first they could not locate it. But after I asked them to check more carefully, the manager personally took responsibility and searched through the sheets until he successfully found it. As a gesture of apology, the hotel kindly offered us fruit, wine, and one complimentary breakfast. Both the housekeeping team and the manager handled the situation with great sincerity and professionalism, and thanks to them, we enjoyed our stay with peace of mind. We were delighted with the thoughtful service. We highly recommend this hotel for families, and we look forward to staying here again.

Windowless room is perfect for quiet nights - unlike many other hotels in the city. Great breakfast buffet. Warm showers, even comes with a bathtub! Very clean rooms - no cigarette smell on the 3rd floor. Handy luggage weighing scale at the lobby. Friendly staff. Wonderful 3 night stay! Highly recommended.

The room was clean and it didn't have a smoke smell. It was also easy to find and located near Kuming and Nangang train stain both being a 10-15 mins walk.
