The hotel is very close to Taipei Main Station. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. It is even close to shops like Uniqlo, Net, Cosmed, Watsons, and Mistukoshi. Since we like to walk, we walked from Ximending Night Market back to our hotel twice in a row, at ease! The room we stayed in was big and clean. We really liked the drink freebies daily. The hotel staff let us leave our luggage so we could roam around freely, since our flight was in the evening.

The receptionist at the hostel was super friendly and professional. She gave us a warm welcome and many good recommendations of places to visit, restaurants, and public transportation. The hostel is in a great position, close to the train station and the public transportation. The room was like in the picture, spotless and comfortable.

The hotel is a delight for the eyes from the sidewalk already, even before entering. Golden colors, glass, carpet, lightning and perfume! Beautiful entrance hall as well. The doorman is ready to help, the kind of employee who can anticipate. Very polite and friendly people at the reception desk too. Classy elevator. And finally the room: above expectation. Larger than I expected (No, this was not an upgrade). Clever equipments. Excellent beds. No sound from outside nor from the hotel itself. Bathroom classy too. Excellent bathtub and shower. It was a pleasure to come home after much walking in the city. We took the underground from station Songjiang-Nanjing, 4 to 5 min walk to the north. We could then reach a large number of sites in just a few stops. Perfect solution.
