Everything is good about this property. All of the staff were very welcoming, always greeting us, helpful especially when we have questions about travelling to places, food recommendations etc. they were always fluent in English so it makes it easier to communicate. The breakfast they provided gave me a home cooked feel and it’s different everyday. Also, Energy Inn was able to help me get pineapple tarts from Chia Te and got it delivered to the hotel the next day. It was a big plus as I didn’t need to travel down specifically for the souvenirs. The room was clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay here and will be doing so for my next visit!

Hotel front door is steps away from the Ximen subway station. The laundry facility is great and it is not expensive at all, we used it twice on our 5 nights stay. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book a taxi to airport at 4:30am.

Everything was great, clean, soundproof was good (we were worried about that part), staff was nice and helpful. Our flight was canceled because of the typhoon so we booked another room for two days and the staff was kind enough to let us check in as soon as we checked out from the other room.
