Staff were really friendly, answered any questions I had, and always offered to help in any way possible, even without asking. Some of the nicest hotel staff I’ve met!!
Room was comfortable and clean. No faults!!
Hotel is also in a great location, next to convenience stores, a metro station, and only 10 minutes from TSA airport. But no noise disruption whatsoever!!

The hotel is a delight for the eyes from the sidewalk already, even before entering. Golden colors, glass, carpet, lightning and perfume! Beautiful entrance hall as well. The doorman is ready to help, the kind of employee who can anticipate.
Very polite and friendly people at the reception desk too. Classy elevator. And finally the room: above expectation. Larger than I expected (No, this was not an upgrade). Clever equipments. Excellent beds. No sound from outside nor from the hotel itself.
Bathroom classy too. Excellent bathtub and shower. It was a pleasure to come home after much walking in the city.
We took the underground from station Songjiang-Nanjing, 4 to 5 min walk to the north. We could then reach a large number of sites in just a few stops. Perfect solution.

The staff were an embodiment of Taiwanese kindness. We stayed there during the last few days of our stay in Taiwan and we couldn't have been more happier to have chosen this hotel with this particular staff..
They went way and beyond to help us and make our stay interesting, comfortable and cosy!

Apart from the amazing staff, the hotel is well located, close to shopping, food and metro etc.

We stayed for 7 nights and the two level room was perfect for a long stay. Plenty space, a full size fridge and a washing machine/dryer on the balcony. Great location very close to the MRT station. A lot of grocery stores nearby if you plan to have your own breakfast or other meals in the room. A small night market just 5 minutes walk.

I love everything about this hotel! Location - perfect! 7-eleven is just next to the hotel, you can also find two cosmetic shops nearby. Safe area, you won’t be scared to go out even at late night. Lots of delicious restaurant nearby.
The room itself is very spacious. You can’t get bigger room in Taipei/ Zhong Shan with this price. They provide complimentary snacks, drink and beauty masks. Feels like home! The hotel itself is eco friendly so they encourage you to get water (hot and cold) from the water machine. They also give you a big water bottle to store the water. They are just very very detail oriented and think from customers’ angle.
The highlight of this hotel is definitely their two lovely cats! You can clean your hands and play with them in the cat room. SO CUTE!
