Very thoughtful touches that showed the designers or owners have stayed in hostels, like the doors opening quietly and keeping the lockers/bathrooms away from the beds to make it quieter in the dorm rooms. Everything! Staff were great from the minute we arrived, very friendly and welcoming and helpful (Meg in particular was very welcoming, kind and great fun to chat to as we checked in!). The breakfast was lovely with a great variety. Room was very nice and even had an unexpected view and mini balcony as well as free snacks and drinks in the room which we were not expecting. We LOVED this place, if we’re ever lucky enough to visit Taichung again we’ll be staying here!

Location is fantastic - right by numerous bus stops so extremely easy to get around
The mall next door (TaiCung Sixth Market) has fabulous food court and there are lots of great restaurants nearby

Check in was super easy - messaged the host as we were a bit confused as to which hotel we needed to go into and she was waiting outside to greet us
The apartment is in a huge building on a corner and you have to go in through Park Lane Inn, lots of hotels have different names in Chinese and when I translated the instructions the host gave me it came out as a different name which caused me some confusion

There are many bus lines, convenient stores, restaurants and supermakezs in front of the hostel, which makes the location very convenient. The hostel itself is very clean, organized, spacious and the staff is super friendly and eager to help. The view from the balcony is superb. Really loved this place and would recommend to anyone!
