The hotel has provided all we needed and even more. Spacious room, big bathroom, all possible toaletries. Even noodle soups for free. It has also free laundry to be used which came super in handy on our long-time trip. The location is not central but there is a bus and walking up the street was very pleasent with all availble food stalls on the way. We also found awesome breakfast place around the corner with vegetarian options!

The location was nice, right next to the confucius temple. The hostel can be reached with the tourist shuttle bus (1 stop) or by taxi (85 NTD). It's about 20 min on foot from the train station according to Google. + beds were very comfortable + all facilities were very clean + staff very friendly and helpful + a towel is provided + laundry is possible on top floor (40 NTD, can be dried on top floor, hangers provided)

I really loved the vibe at this hotel - from the amazing scent when you walk in, to the album covers behind the front desk and the cool cafe in the reception. When I got to my room, i was blown away. Very spacious, great view over the Art museum, a huge bed, Japanese toilets, fabulous shower, and Aesop amenities! In fact, it was hard to leave! the breakfast was great - i like the way they do it by ordering alacarte rather than a buffet as it feels like there is less food waste and the food is fresher and more hygienic. I wish I had selected the room with the record players but then I might not have gone out to enjoy Tainan's nightlife and stayed in enjoying my room all night!
