Really clean, modern and well stocked with excellent in-room amenities. The service personnel at reception and lounge were exceptional.
Location-wise, it is right at the doorstep of the main food street in ita shao. There is also complimentary entry to a big and clean indoor playground just around the corner.

Everything, facilities, breakfast and people made it a super nice experience. The owner and the staff are nice and helpful. It's the best I've been to in Taiwan so far. Being on the roof and watching a movie on the wall was super cool (thank you for that!). You can rent a bike or scooter just downstairs so you can go around the lake. Enjoy!

We loved the Baluo Baluo rooms, which are even bigger than we thought. The hosts are very lovely, thoughtful und helpful. When I mentioned that I don't eat meat, they adapted my breakfast accordingly. We also liked their two dogs and had a very pleasant time.

The owner is very nice and helpful, she is available 24 hours. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good. The location is excellent bus station, lake cruise port, and all the restaurants are within five minutes walk. highly recommend and welcome back to stay here again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped us a lot in organizing our ongoing travels with bus and train. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding, and having done sports in the morning it was just the perfect meal to start the day. I highly recommend.
