Really flexible and good at communicating. Our flights were bumped back by a day and they changed our booking with no problem. Reception was open at midnight when we arrived and the staff were excellent with us.

The property needed some love and care, in terms of interior, however despite the age of the hotel, it was clean, calming and safe. The staff were so professional and friendly. I had a short stay but kept coming to have lunch with my children. Our room was quadruple triple room, very spacious for the time that we needed. The food was great! The bed was so comfortable and clean.
House cleaning came everyday to clean. I speak Swahili which made things a lot easier. I would recommend trying learn a few words to have a better communication with the staff. You must call 1 hour in advance for order food as everything is made fresh! We hardly got bitten by mosquitoes because the place was well secure.
Every time I needed help the staff were attentive and made my stay very comfortable.
