Everything was perfect! The location is very close to the beach- the nicest beach in Nungwi. Max and Elena are very nice, they helped us with tours organisation and anything we needed. The staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is good and tasty, also the food here is very good and affordable. We loved our stay here at Babalao Bungalows. I highly recommend staying here.

This is by far the best resort in Zanzibar, everything was beyond our expectations. The beach and the views are absolutely incredible, very rich breakfast, extremely delicious food, very clean and luxurious villa and everything is TOP!!! The fire on the beach at sunset is brilliant and we felt very safe, the staff is really doing their best. Your only regret will be when you leave. PS: we really loved yoga with Claudia

The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations, and the bathroom was equally roomy. The water pressure was great, and I had a lovely sea view from the balcony. Internet was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which made working remotely a breeze. Plus, the hotel has a generator, so there were no issues with power outages. During the day, I enjoyed working in a quiet, shaded area of the hotel, and in the evenings, I dined on fresh seafood with wine right on the patio by the sea—such a special experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a detailed note with local price tips to avoid being overcharged, and sharing some great information about the island. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, stress-free stay with good service and a beautiful setting!
