Clean, modern room with everything in good condition and well presented. The lady working reception was wonderful and could not have been more helpful as we laughed our way through the language barrier during my late arrival.

This is a small family-run hotel, and the family running it lives there themselves during the war. The hotel is located on the ground floor, partly below the street level. That makes it safer during missile attacks. They are the nicest people I've ever met, and you'll feel as you're part of their family. They also run a coffee kiosk where you pay if you're able, otherwise all drinks are free. So expect just that: A family run hotel with all the quirks that comes with that. You will be lovingly taken care of, but don't expect five-star facilities. Also the rates are very modest.
