The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning. They promptly provided us with another room as we were not satisfied with the first one. It was my birthday, and they surprised us with a small cake; a 'Happy Birthday' was also sung. It was just wonderful!! We liked the interior and tasteful decor the most. It should also be mentioned that the hotel is located in the pedestrian zone and therefore in the center of Lviv, making everything easily accessible on foot.

Quite and comfortable room which had everything needed for a pleasant stay. I slept very well which is unusal for me in a hotel. Complementary drinks and delicious breakfast were excellent. The building is very beautiful inside and out. Location is in the center of all tourist spots. Me and my family had a great time.
