The hotel was excellent. I had some doubts before arriving because I read many reviews (not sure if all were about Hilton Brooklyn), and I was a bit influenced by them – but none of the negative things I read happened. Everything was great: the hotel, the service, and the whole experience. Special thanks to Jorge at the front desk – he was very kind, clear, and helpful. The room was a great size, with a minibar, safe, complimentary water, and a beautiful bathroom. The area felt good, especially during the day. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because there were many nice options around. One thing I really appreciated was the $35 credit that you can use at the hotel’s store or restaurant. It’s basically a taxi reimbursement, and that was a nice surprise. I loved my stay, and if I come back to Brooklyn, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, super nice hotel. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast is great (if you like fresh croissants). If in Manhattan I would definitely come back.

Every single interaction with the staff at the Ludlow was 10/10. Always super responsive, even before we arrived. Better service than I've had in 5-star hotels – these folks are just consistently on the ball. Great location, tucked away on a street with loads of cool shops and restaurants – short walk to Soho/other cool areas. 24/7 room service serving actually amazing food. The only meal we ate at the hotel, in the Half Moon Cafe, was our daily breakfast. It was very filling and tasty. The staff at the hotel were very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. The location was great for walking to many sights in Manhattan. There were metro stations close by as well. The hotel had many safety measures i.e. safe in room, elevator use only with room key, etc. However the area in general is safe to walk around during the day and evening.
