The staffs were super friendly and kind. I was pretty tired and shivering from the cold when i arrived at the hotel because of the unusual heavy rain and the flood. I was like a wet rat. However the staffs made us feel so welcomed, comfortable and warm from checkin to my room. The room was spacious and clean. I was feeling so safe. I loved the power shower, the bath products (smells so good), the powerful hair dryer and the mattress. Location also perfect. Many nice restaurants. The gym was small but wasn’t busy. I will miss Hilton club the Quin NY. I’ll stay here again.

This hotel was a real oasis in NYC; room was beautiful with a view on the Empire! Clean, great towels, great bathroom and even more great toiletries. The snack on the day of arrival, coffee and tea maker and fresh bottles of water every day was just what we needed and it made our staying there perfect. Everything. Clean. Modern. Small gym. 10’ from every subway stop in NYC (Fulton Center). Staff is nice and sharp. Huge King bed was amazing. Shower like new. Best value in NYC.
