Staff at the reception were amazing, nicer to me than my own family. They made us feel so special, like we were VIP's. Love the decor and tone of voice of your graphics/decor etc. It feels like coming home its just the coolest!

I loved everything about this hotel. Never stayed in Brooklyn before but I ended up loving it. Williamsburg is a lovely neighborhood with so many great shops and restaurants. I really loved my hotel room. It was quite large by New York standards with a large balcony and a spectacular view. The rooftop bar was also amazing.
