Very quiet and very good location. Extremely comfortable bed. The only thing that didn’t work well was the tv remote. The staff replaced the batteries which helped a little but not completely.

The property was beautiful all around! Aesthetically curated rooms, lovely & quiet neighborhood, delicious eats in the area. The staff were lovely, always willing to help & answer questions, prompt & accommodating of our needs as well as able to share good recommendations. Will definitely be booking at this hotel in the future when visiting NYC!

Did not have breakfast in the hotel but Jack (front desk) was the best part of the stay. He recommended many places to us and was very kind to older ladies. He is a professional and went out of his way to help us with directions, places to go, etc. You need more representatives like Jack.

Pristine clean, friendly staff, big rooms, great value for money.
Descent bagels for breakfast (we did not even order breakfast, but it was included anyway)
You can leave your luggage in the storage room which has cameras. I accidentally left something in the storage room and remembered only a few days later. I went to the lobby to ask for it and it was there
